This position was a part-time student job while I was doing my master's.

At Carta, I worked directly with clients in Private Equity and Capitalization. My responsibilities included helping new clients to get started with the platform, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and using tools like SalesForce and Mixmax for efficient communication.I also collaborated closely with the product team to make sure the platform met the clients' needs. My goal was to ensure a smooth experience for every client from day one.
