• Maintaining the college’s enrollment during a pandemic through increasing virtualsupport, simplifying confusing processes and creating clear marketing materials fornew students• Designing an equity-focused outreach model for over 40 schools using local and statedata. This reached over 2000 new students, particularly those who areunderrepresented and from hard to reach populations• Collaborating with other departments, facilitating bi-monthly presentations and collegeupdates to senior stakeholders

• Partnered with various departments for users to have consistent connections toresources during their college experience• Increased access to educational success by creating a robust program that did notpreviously exist. I did this by building rapport, conducting over 200 sessions with firstgeneration low incomes students and translating insights to the program so that itbetter meets student's needs.

• Increased access to graduate school for new students through workshops, discussionpanels and giving underrepresented students hands-on experience applying forgraduate school
