As EU Stock Coordinator I am in charge of the stock management and accuracy for our 38 stores and 2 warehouses in Europe.- Effectively manage all stock related tasks: weekly deliveries, ad hoc store transfers, monthly EMEI consolidation, end of season destockage, stock loss prevention, weekly cycle count and Mid-Year and Year-End stock takes for 38 doors and 2 warehouses;- Plan and manage the annual stock take process, including travel schedule, stock take calendar, stock take validation on thesystem, stock take report and presentation to senior management;- Benchmark of Stock Take companies with European scope;- Monthly EMEI consolidation: relaying the Merchandising team’ stock consolidation needs to the retail teams, completion’sfollow up (qualitative and quantitative) and KPI reporting (38 doors, 18 external stocks and Ecom);- French warehouse monthly workload forecast, delivery planning and orders preparation from external stocks to stores;- Swiss warehouse management (stock movements, inventories, destructions and Friends and Family preparations) and tender;- Key contact for stores within the Logistic team, support in monthly Logistics Meeting with European store managers and stockteams: topics selection, support documentation creation, call animation, best practice sharing and minutes;- Harmonisation and streamlining of stock procedure sand processes across Europe: Loans, Inter Company purchases, Satellitestocks’ management;- Seasonal update of all EU stores’ stock and human capacity, weekly verification of stock level to prevent overstock position andforesee consolidation needs;- Key contact for new store opening: stock capacity estimation for retail brief, logistic setup, delivery calendar and openinginventory;- Phasing of stock management softwares (Cegid and Infor);- Projet management: new PDA and inventory software roll out in EU, from needs definition to hyper-care support, throughbenchmark, pilot, training and solution roll out.
