As a beauty advisor at Dischem Pharmacy my job entailed managing various household brands and other brands skin care and make up coounters. stock handling in the cosmetics aisle, advising customers on new and existing products, make up artistery. heading cosmetics promotions and reaching targets.

I had the opportunity to work under no supervision to reach targets by selling Gatineau and Nuxe skin care products. Managing my own counter,ordering stock,completing paperwork and demonstrating the use of products to old and new customers.

I received training as a personal care advisor and obtained a training certificate that assisted me in working as a personal care advisor whereby I had to advise customers on skin care products(face&neck and body products),baby care,hair care and other products in the personal care aisle at a Super Spar(cluster9) store. Company such as Unilever, Colgate palmolive,procter&gambler to name a few, offered us training on their products.Working as a fragrance consultant offered me the opportunity to learn more about S Bacher fragrances and more. Having been to a training session for fine fragrance campaign and learning more about fragrances in store was beneficial, because I grew in the industry learnt about different fragrances as well as how to make sales and reach targets.
