I was previously responsible for bid administration at Servest Cleaning andServest Security where I coordinated the collection of tenders, attended bidbriefing sessions and delivered submission of bids.Created and wrote proposals for tenders and sales team members, created bid submission plants and tracked progress of all deliverables, prepared andfinalised layouts for submission, maintained sales content library to ensureproposals and presentations content is updated and liaised with sales on technicalrequirements and/or clarification on tender documents.Further duties included providing weekly or monthly reports on bids, assistingBusiness Development Managers with compiling reports, generating anddistributing internal or external reports as assigned by management andmonitoring and reporting on CRM utilization.
