Control of monitoring and marketing Co-op budget and spend for catalogues,TPR and in store activities to drive sales of our product to achieve sales targets I also negotiate in-store promotion by way of off shelf location i.e. floor stacks, gondola ends, windows and staff training. Also I arrange and implement all discounts structures, Category reviews and rebates for my state groups based on sales results as well as my and independent stores. I am also responsible for all National accounts for my territory Chemist Warehouse, Goodprice and DDS an important part of this is communicating with these National groups is both checking for compliance and in store activities and training of staff on our products with my state colleagues about these promotions. I have also been responsible for detailing Doctors, Nurses and HCP on clinical papers and product benefits for patients to aid in the growing of sales and increasing market share and promoting S26 infant formula to them for recomendation. I also meet regularly with my HSR team members and communicating field activities of competitors and the needs of our health care nurses.I regularly attend trade shows (AAP & Baby expo etc) to be the face of S26 at these venues and both inform clients and consumers of our range features and benefits but still staying within the agreement we have to abide by MAIF.
