I managed the company’s PR, Charity, Sponsorship and Research initiatives within the brand team. Creating and delivering short and long term strategy for each area I owned. Working with internal and external stakeholders to maximise reach and engagement. Since engaging a new PR agency, improvement to the press office and PR activity has increased coverage by over 70%. Our aim was to hit an ambitious £700,000 for fundraising for our charity partner Macmillan Cancer Support in 2022. I engaged with all areas of the business to make sure this target was on track and devised the fundraising and charity plan to achieve this. I was also the lead in setting up and the delivery of social inclusion and partnership activations, working with Volunteer It Yourself, Northampton Saints Rugby Club, Northern Counties East and Western Football Leagues to create engaging and socially meaningful content to support mutual commercial and brand objectives.

Working in the brand marketing team I have managed the delivery of advertising campaigns. I now primarily work in public relations; developing each PR campaign from initial concept to final delivery and measuring its success against set KPIs. Gained experience in all areas of digital marketing including email marketing, onsite merchandising, SEO and a small amount of paid search. My main responsibility was overseeing the affiliate marketing channel, by implementing display marketing, building relationships with top affiliates and measuring campaign effectiveness via weekly reporting. I also tested onsite conversion by undertaking AB testing and usability studies.• Generated a £1.5 Million increase in incremental sales through the affiliate channel in the 2008-2009 financial year• Delivered an extra £130K per week to online sales through onsite merchandising created through a wider Average Order Value and conversion increase strategy
