Adapted international franchise of televised dance competition show So You Think You Can Dance – Bile, Kazakhstan. Launched and ran the show for two seasons. Led team of over 100 staff members for 30 show episodes over two seasons, included 12 live shows. Arranged and managed preproduction, production, postproduction and promo campaign. Created and launched exclusive TV format, namely, international singing competition Silk Way Star, which was broadcasted in 7 Asian countries include Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan etc.
