I am a qualified Art Psychotherapist and am experienced in supporting children and adults with a wide range of neurodiverse needs, specific learning difficulties, social, emotional and communication difficulties, bereavement, trauma and anxiety. I offer a client-centred approach, working with a variety of therapeutic approaches to suit the individual need of the client. Being creative within therapy can help us to express, process and integrate complex feelings and experiences that may have previously felt somewhat “beyond words”. Having worked in the NHS, cancer care, charitable organisations and a cognitive therapy centre, I currently work in schools, the charitable sector and private practice.My earlier career history includes senior roles in commercial interior design before training as an Art Psychotherapist.
