- Supports the desks of Beth Miller and Robin Rue- Evaluating query letters, partial, and full manuscripts with a focus on romance and women’s fiction- Generates reader’s reports, editorial letters, pitch letters, and rejection letters - Connects with industry professionals to learn the full job responsibilities of each department within publishing through weekly intern meetings and tutorials

- Helps to ensure student safety and overall well-being in assigned building- Oversees floor upkeep by creating decorations, informational posters/bulletin boards, and promoting general cleanliness- Participates in nightly duty rounds (walking the floor at designated times to ensure the safety of residents) as well as creating and running events to encourage campus involvement- Creates an overall positive environment for students and works to be an advocate for residents in addition to their mentor

- Filing student files and essential documents- Organization of general office aesthetics and professor mailboxes
