Diversity and Inclusion Facilitator/Trainer

Manager/coordinator of the City's diverse team participation in racial equity/Diversity thru NLC.Coordinate housing program activities with applicants, lenders, contractors and inspection service, process applications for income qualifications, prepare financial reports and/or purchasing data coordination and entry as assigned. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Coordinate with HUD, work with federal regulatory requirements such as Davis-Bacon, environmental assessments and/or sub-recipient monitoring. Research, write, administer and coordinate on other grants Application intake, verification processing, budgeting, financial reporting, spreadsheet setup and maintenance, and purchasing. Advise clients on preventing foreclosure, buying a home, protecting your credit, and other issues.
