Responsibilities:-Oversees an annual average of 25 - 30 Model Homes throughout the construction, installations and turnover process; includes visioning, budgeting, outside designer interviews and contract assignment.-Maintains JWH&N Design Studio brand and experience through regular interaction with national vendor representatives to identify new trends and products, negotiate with and procure new strategic partners, and lead annual style-outs for all design options presented in each of the Corporate markets.-Serves as member of the Corporate Visioning Team and plays an integral role in the Prototype and New Plan to Market processes to identify design features that meet market demographics and buyer expectations, and reduce design features and elements which could result in a negative impact to homebuyer enjoyment of their JWH&N home.-Works closely with architecture team to ensure all plans meet our electrical, design and cabinet standards.Accomplishments:-Exterior Color Expert: Created all color packages for pre-planned neighborhoods, clubhouses, models, sales centers and neighborhood entrances to develop and maintain "personality" for each neighborhood.-Integration Team Member: Subject matter expert through two company acquisitions over a three year period.-Senior Partner - Led the development and rollout of "Envision", a web-based design tool for use by homebuyers and internal partners throughout the construction process and beyond.-Publications and Video Participations: Leading role in Moen Corporation trade partner video, Design Process video lead for JWH&N, Signature Standards video lead for JWH&N, quotes on Jacuzzi Corporation website, articles in Urban Home, article in Today's Custom Home and several other publications.
