I demonstrate high level educational management, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence through the establishment of a strong school learning culture and strong, positive relationships with students, parents, staff and community members. I am regarded as approachable and professional with the best interests of students at the core of my professional business. I implement effective communication strategies to establish whole school community collaboration in the development of the strategic School Plan to achieve a whole school vision. I create opportunities for the community to engage with the school in sharing the strengths and passions of a strong and diverse community. I have expertise in running a complex school and have a passion for Aboriginal Education. In 2017 I was awarded an Australian Teaching Fellowship from Australian Schools Plus for my work with Aboriginal students in regional NSW.
