I am the Outsourcing Accounts Manager overseeing an ever growing team of highly skilled book keepers. Between us we handle book keeping, payroll and CIS for small to medium sized businesses both in house and at our clients premises. In my time at England and Co I have overseen the growth of the department, guided our clients through RTI and am now preparing them for auto enrolment. I have organised and run workshops and seminars to inform and train our clients and hand hold them through the changes to ensure compliance. Under my guidance we are now Sage accredited ,having become a Sage Accountant Partner, and we are also certified advisors for Xero software. We work very closely with our team members in the main body of the practise at England and Co, and vice versa, ensuring that we are all giving our clients the best possible service. As a team leader it is also my responsibility to identify training needs and ensure that we are up to date with current legislation in terms of VAT, PAYE and CIS requirements.
