    I worked as a temp for a company called Client Logic as a customer service and 1st line technician on BT Broadband,This involved 4 weeks intensive training on how the internet and broadband works in order to help customers fix any issues they may be experiencing. I spent 4 weeks learning all about the internet and six different computer systems that were used to log each call and assist in the resolution of the customer’s problem, before being put on the floor to start taking calls. I then trained on a new system which was also new to the company, the system was an e-mail system, used for dealing with complaints and broadband issues that come in by e-mail, a lot of the e-mails are high profile I was moved onto this role because my trainers felt I had developed a good level of technical knowledge and I had a lot of past experience in customer service.
