What I do... Enhance leadership capability and employee engagement through the delivery of corporate programmes and initiatives aligned to corporate goals and values. These programmes and initiatives include leadership and management training interventions, introduction of 360 degree feedback, Employee Engagement and Organisational Health Engagement Surveys, Employee Recognition Schemes, Employee Induction Programme... Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify needs and evaluate the effectiveness of all activity using internal resources and tools (such as employee surveys and management information) and external, expert validation. Research best practice, make recommendations and influence senior leaders. All aspects of project management, relationship management and stakeholder management.

Where I... Enhanced leadership capability during a period of significant change through the delivery of a leadership development programme for 120 senior managers. Worked in partnership with external training consultants to design and deliver a comprehensive programme supporting the organisation's Vision and Mission. Was responsible for all aspects of project delivery including promoting the programme and its achievements internally, creating engaging training material and reporting progress to Executive Leadership Team.

Communications lead in the delivery of a new Further Education loan product in England. Responsible for influencing policy decisions, creating a communications strategy plan and delivering a suite of information, advice and guidelines to customers and partners.

I was responsible for researching and implementing best practice guidelines for key customer communications which were adopted across all marketing teams to ensure quality, consistency and brand integrity through the transition to a new company structure.

I was responsible for creating and maintaining all legal and contractual customer communications for all pension, investment and protection products.

Responsible for delivering marketing campaigns and writing copy for a variety of channels including printed and digital.
