What I do... Enhance leadership capability and employee engagement through the delivery of corporate programmes and initiatives aligned to corporate goals and values. These programmes and initiatives include leadership and management training interventions, introduction of 360 degree feedback, Employee Engagement and Organisational Health Engagement Surveys, Employee Recognition Schemes, Employee Induction Programme... Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify needs and evaluate the effectiveness of all activity using internal resources and tools (such as employee surveys and management information) and external, expert validation. Research best practice, make recommendations and influence senior leaders. All aspects of project management, relationship management and stakeholder management.
