An experienced professional leadership coach and facilitator, Lesley is now very happily retired, but could be tempted by initiatives where there is a genuine, compelling desire to do things differently, with people at the heart of the initiative. Lesley is a director of Fraser Consultants Ltd and has worked with leaders, businesses and organisations regionally and nationally. She has been a professional coach and facilitator since 2003, following an extensive career in education. Her background gives her over 25 years’ experience in coaching, management, facilitation, employee and stakeholder engagement, mediation, strategic planning, performance improvement and training across a range of sectors, public, private, not for profit, government and business.Lesley has sound understanding of adult education and learning processes and is skilled at generating an environment of trust. She understands the drivers of business and the inherent challenges for leaders. Leaders have worked with Lesley as they hone their approach to authentic, effective leadership. Her work has supported people to grow their leadership mind-set, question their assumptions, draw on the expertise and influence of others and collaboratively chart ways forward, often in complex, ambiguous situations.
