I took some time off to indulge my passion for cooking (my favourite creative avenue; I am incapable of following recipes) and also started Grumpy Granola, a small batch granola business. Primarily because I was sick of a delicious "healthy" food being unbearably expensive in stores, not actually healthy for you, and full of unnecessary added sugar and fat. I was an athlete throughout my school years, so most holidays and school breaks were spent training - meaning I missed out on a lot of opportunities to see the world when I was younger. So I took 5 months off to do exactly that, just a couple of years after starting my career. Some people thought it was a stupid thing to do; I credit it with what I've been told is my incredibly open approach to new situations, contexts and people.

Clients include Ebay, Coca-Cola, Zuji, RESfest, the Singapore Institute of Management, the Media Development Authority of Singapore and the National University of Singapore.
