With more than 14 years of experience in the credentialing industry, I have been passionate and driven project manager of exam development and other strategic initiatives. I also managed volunteer item writing recruitment, assignment completion, and volunteer retention, and provided primary support staff for all exam-related committee meetings. Additionally, I leveraged my skills in marketing communications, customer relationship management (CRM), and email marketing to promote products and services to the target audience.
