• Develop end user pricing for Strategic and Enterprise customer opportunities for all products and services, including hardware, software, equipment service, managed services and professional services.• Prepare financial analysis that identifies the target end user price and resulting margin for each component of the deal, as well as the overall opportunity• Perform financial risk assessment, identifying optimal, expected and worst- case scenarios for both revenue and costs• Drive strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team, focusing on risk assessment, cash flow and revenue impacts of existing pricing structures• Complete advanced analysis of market trends, customer environments and competitive benchmarks• Analyze customer portfolios based on income statements, fixed asset registers, previous sales engagements and competitive intelligence

• Responsible for the pricing of Managed Services accounts, and determination of profitability for the life cycle of the contract.• Complete in-depth financial analysis of existing accounts, and make recommendations pursuant to each deal on an individual basis.• Engage Pricing Operations to review all aspects of a transaction, including equipment sales and profitability, Professional Services and any 3rd party items that may apply.• Serve as a consultant to both Sales and Design on strategy for configurations, offering creative solutions for presentation to customers and/or redesign where possible

• Assist Operations and Sales in the pre-sales engagement, pricing & implementation of Managed Services accounts• Engage customers with onsite analyses, financial evaluations, and initiatives to derive proposals of solutions packages which best fit their needs• Identify efficiencies for operations• Develop pricing tools upon conferring with sales, operations and professional services• Review contract language to ensure it matches pricing and also includes details regarding customer service level expectations of operations• Attend customer meetings throughout entire sales process, including final contract signature meetings

• Responsible for budget development and expense tracking, analysis, outlooking and reporting• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual close, reconciling journal entries and identifying variances in income statements, balance sheets, and fixed asset registers• Consolidate and compare monthly, quarterly and annual performance with operating plans and interpret the financial results• Act as liaison between sales and operations managers to prepare monthly forecast of financial performance• Resolve complex issues regarding revenue, expenses, accruals, deferrals, cash applications and internal transfers• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue• Audit various GL accounts to ensure integrity and develop controls to monitor and track financial items

• Facilitate procurement requests ranging from single pieces of hardware and software to new oral surgeon practice setups• Proactively track and maintain service agreements on hardware and software for ProServ clients• Software specialist fluent in Microsoft, Symantec, and DoubleTake volume license agreements, including SPLA• Perform accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, general journal entries, reconciliations, processing expense reports and credit card terminal transactions, auditing, etc• Perform HR functions, including compiling and maintaining employee manual, ensure all employees’ driver’s license and auto insurance are up to date, maintain PTO allowances and usages, maintain training documentation
