I have been working in the recruiting sector for over 20 years developing projects and selection at all levels, including board directors and senior-level executives. I am driven by helping my clients to hire the best candidate available, identifying often non-obvious options, and take pride in providing the best candidate experience possible.I have gained key functional search expertise and the ability to develop, build and maintain strong relationships in Italy and abroad.Currently I am working with Private Equity and Venture Capital Firms focusing on senior executive roles for portfolio companies as well as operating and investment partner roles for the firms themselves.
