Key role in the ongoing reviews of the design, navigation, and usability of websites including the creation and assembly of related content and assistance in the preparation of briefs for development and design as required.- Editorial input to all relevant web content , including copywriting and/or the use of external copywriters- Operate the in-house web helpdesk facility by holding weekly bug tracking meetings with the web developers, admin of the opening, assigment and closure of defects using TFS and issuing bug reports to the business- Quality control and testing of all new web developments- Carry out competitor research and recommend improvements to content presentation and usability - Co-ordinate the production of promotional landing pages with input and final sign off from the marketing manager

This role was for the Hoseasons cottages product which looked after over 1500 owners.Key responsibilities were:- Recruitment marketing, lead generation and management reports- E-newsletter research, production and sending of weekly newsletters to customers and owners- Creating of promotional landing pages and cottage specific content for the Hoseasons website using photoshop and HTML- Liasing with 12 cottage consultants who were located countrywide- Testing of any new developements that took place on the Hoseasons Cottages website- Managing the promotion of special offers onto the website using the in house reservation system

Holidaybank is an online company which advertises privately owned holiday accommodation direct to holidaymakers globally. Key responsibilities included:- Dealing with all correspondance from customers and advertisers (individual owners & agents) via phone, e-mail and letter- Manage new customer payments and renewals- Proof reading customers advertisements and check advertisement for functional errors- Source/write travel content and source images to use on the website - Create promotional pages using basic html- Co-ordinate marketing mailings using mail merge- Create and send e-newsletters- Test new developments and liase with 3rd party development company Netizen Digital
