Leslie and her husband, Michael Aiken, own and operate Romabio Paints, LLC, a paint manufacturing company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. They successfully grew the paint brand from start-up phase to high growth phase with the go-to-market strategy and execution. Leslie helped in every facet of the business to drive the success, but her key role is leading and developing all marketing activities. She created the brand position, voice, and key messaging across all channels. She defined and developed a data-driven, scale-able multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth and led the budgeting process for the entire company. Responsible for all marketing communications, branding, strategy, advertising, sales support, and e-commerce. Leslie successfully launched several new products from concept stage through commercialization with in-market success. Leslie developed and created a brand presence with a social media influencer strategy in 2017 when others were not doing this, and built Romabio followers to 75K+, 4.8+ star rating on e-commerce reviews, and a portfolio of 40+ influencers. She also identified and executed the retail strategy with an in-store launch of 750+ Home Depot, Lowes, and other retailers. Strong decision making ability in ambiguous and fast paced environment and can identify the best utilization of resources and tactics. Leslie built a team to execute the strategy and plan by hiring and managing multiple direct reports and multiple agency partners. Leslie has an excellent analytical mind and uses data to drive decisions, but can simultaneously be creative.

Responsible for the Marketing Communications of the New York market where she identified and executed cross channel plans in print, TV, radio, sponsorship, and partnership marketing. She managed the budget and worked with agency partners to execute the plan and was responsible for reporting to the senior business leaders. After a couple of years, Leslie became the Media Manager who managed the $40M media spend for the company. She directed agency partners with the strategy and plan and reported the results to the senior business leaders, as well as, managed the entire marketing budget for the department. She then worked in the Direct Marketing Communications group and handled everything from being a project lead on launching their new website to executing cross channel plans with AMEX and Starwood. Leslie was a thoughtful and detailed oriented skilled manager at Delta Air Lines and could be called upon multiple departments to lead and execute plans while managing direct reports and agency partners.

Responsible for all marketing, advertising, and communications for the new product division for wireless phone technology, the Blackberry and the first Smart phones. She was a marketing analyst that reported to senior management and helped execute the marketing plans from PR, print, email, and other direct communications.
