Syosset Central School District, Syosset, NY (Phase 2 has a $45M Bond and Capital Reserve Budget). For Park East Construction, the CM, I managed multiple projects valued at $29M including new additions and upgrades at Syosset’s eight Elementary, two Middle and one High School. District Wide Projects included Bathroom Renovations, Fire Alarm Upgrades, Fuel Tank Removals, Site Work, Parking Lots and Utility Upgrades. Syosset High School included a new Security Entrance addition, new Fitness Center addition, new Bus Circle, renovated Parking Lots, new Turf Track & Field, new & renovated Tennis Courts, Electrical Upgrade, Fire Alarm Upgrade, New Gym Air Conditioning, Renovated Science Labs, and Bathrooms. South Grove Elementary School had a new connecting corridor addition. Walt Whitman Elementary School had a new playground installed.

Oriana, Sutton Place, NYC. ($60M) Gut renovation of a 38 story, 413 apartment residential tower including a new roof terrace with views of the East River & NYC skyline, penthouse lounge, lobby, amenity spaces and a renovated privately owned public plaza.
