I am currently employed by the Albertville Police Dept, as a 911 emergency dispatcher. I currently possess skills of being professional, multi-tasking, remaining call in stressful situations, familiar with computer programs, accurately typing on a keyboard, good decision making skills, as well as listening skills, directional skills, communication skills, emotional control and problem solving skills are just a few skills I have developed being an emergency dispatcher. I just completed my certification through Devry University, as a Certified Medical coder and biller 06/22/2024 (I have not completed my CCA exam, but it is in the process of being completed). The courses taken through Devry University has allowed me to be familiar with the revenue cycle management, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, insurance claims, HIPAA and data integrity, data entry, computer literacy, also familiar with ICD-10 PCS, ICD-10 CM as well as CPT coding, and medical terminology.
