I have spent much of my adult career working with those trying to heal from addiction as well as being involved in the criminal justice system. I obtained my Masters in Human Services. I pride myself on my ability to put others at ease, being creative, motivated and a skilled listener. My passion of practicing yoga and making it a part of my daily life has led me to pursuing my yoga teacher certification and teaching part-time.
