Shift scheduling, light accounting including balancing registers, banking, cashiering, daily and weekly reports,Ordering store supplies of perishable items, grocery items and office supplies,Taking, filling and invoicing orders for local restaurants and customers.Receiving and auditing daily incoming orders. Organizing returns of perishable items for all sales routes in the Rogue Valley and other outlying areas. Arranging for maintenance and repairs of store. Maintaining an ambiance to provide excellent customer service including full shelves, product knowledge and a cheerful attitude. Decorate and build displays as needed for holidays and new product introduction. Utilize returns to maximize sales based on available products rotating out products as they reached use by dates. Increase sales continuously. Employee reviews and training.

Answer and route all incoming calls. Serve as a cashier for parts and service, including balancing the cash drawer and recording received payments. Managing the accounts receivable, including generating and sending out monthly statements, tracking payments and making calls on delinquent accounts. Assisting with tasks as requested by other departments.

Responsible for all incoming phone calls on multiple lines using Shore Tell. Provided clerical support to staff and administrators, collected and distributed all incoming mail, processed all accounts payable including weekly check runs, filing for accounting and sales. Ordered and maintained office supplies. Order auditing for sales. Assisting with shipping world wide. Expense report audit and processing. Receipt of goods processing and data entry. Process and audit of union time cards.

Assist and develop membership base of customer and trades for each of those members. Requiring a minimum of 50 calls a day to inquire on and assist each member in filling needs and putting together wishes to fill through networking with other members. Recording and collecting the fees associated with each trade accomplished.Creating a store atmosphere with products to be offered as trades. Traveling to meet new clients, receive or deliver merchandise and set up new accounts.Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with each member and other staff.
