• Assist program manager and executive director in preparing reports, vouchers and credential invoices to secure ongoing billing from various funding/ grant contracts with annual program budget of $100,000,00 • Facilitate and coordinate a program which enrolls 320 students a year, has a graduation rate of 70%, and a job placement rate of over 190 students annually Review and monitored numerous funding contract requirements and attained credentials for appropriateness, authorization and documentation including being responsible for having organized the largest invoice in the program history – 56,000 for one quarter • Work as part of a 4-staff team for the CHOW institute, which was ranked “Top 10 National Workforce Development 2013” by Philanthropedia• Responsible for managing consistent and ongoing data entry into various database systems, including Salesforce, RV Outcomes City and State Databases. • Develop, formalized and enhance political education and employability skills curriculum within our job training program to produce formal, written materials, curriculum and syllabus. • Prepare members for job interviews via one-on-one resume building, workshops, and mock interviews, including one-on-one assessments to provide case management and counselling support for students.
