An insurance professional with over two decades of experience, I commenced in direct market insurance, placing home, contents, motor vehicles, trucks, boat and travel insurance in a retail environment, before moving to general insurance broking to gain experience in commercial lines. In 2010, I was offered an opportunity I couldn't pass up - opening the Victorian office of BCB to specialise in strata insurance broking. A virtual blank canvas captured my imagination and, in the 14 years that followed I developed a deep understanding of the stakeholders in the strata sector as I revelled in the problem-solving aspect of broking, assisting strata managers and strata clients in increasingly complex and challenging conditions. I led a team of committed and talented insurance professionals to build the brand of service that is the company’s trademark today.
