In my role as Communications Coordinator at Higher Expectations for Racine County, I lead the coordination of external communications to support community engagement and philanthropy. By improving our outreach and visibility, we strive to enhance economic mobility and educational outcomes for Racine residents. As a designated Systems Change organization and member of StriveTogether's national Cradle to Career Network, our work focuses on transforming systems to achieve equitable outcomes. My duties include:- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to engage students, families, and community organizations, driving awareness of education and employment opportunities.- Foster relationships with educational institutions, community-based organizations, and stakeholders to expand outreach efforts, ultimately supporting student recruitment and college access initiatives.- Direct initiatives aimed at improving student access to financial aid by coordinating the FAFSA workgroup, collaborating with educational partners, and ensuring that students and families are equipped with the necessary resources to complete applications.

As the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at REDgen, I lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. I manage social media campaigns, support donor stewardship and development initiatives, and coordinate event planning and community engagement activities. My role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with supporters and stakeholders to amplify our impact and promote our mission of building resilience in our youth and eliminating suicide.
