-Performed tension, compression, bending, and high strain rate testing on over 100 3D printed aluminum and adhesive samples - Led the testing to produce a material card for Divergent’s custom adhesive -Performed DIC (digital image correlation) on all samples to visualize strain - Improved efficiency of DIC analysis to reduce post processing time by over 50%-Designed a Split Hopkinson tension bar and test plan for high strain rate testing-Assisted with plastic 3D printing for prototyping using FDM and PolyJet printers
