Restoration Hope is a nonprofit housing facility for youth ages 16-25 experiencing chronic homelessness. We are striving to provide a 12-24mnth structured living environment. The facility will provide meals, in addition to other resources. We will provide access to classes to aid in resume writing, understand credit and finances, life hacks and necessity skills. Childcare will be available for participants with ABDC..

Academy of Blessings Day Care® is a start-up daycare current seeking funding for a facility and other programs. Academy of Blessings Day Care® aims to give the children in attendance a safe haven to be creative and inspired. *Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e. physician offices, clinics) and provide assistance as needed with benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, and explanation of benefits. *Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller while fostering a strong relationships with providers and their staff.*Complete appropriate documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends

•Develop and evaluate current training material, processes and procedures•Conduct the training or retraining of production employees * Utilize established training guidelines, ensuring the company-established goal of collection/customer care industry are followed * Maintain a timely and accurate written record of all conferences and verbal warnings to support the decision to graduate, retrain, or terminate a production employee ensuring the adherence to departmental policies and procedures as assigned * Participate in one-on-one sessions to improve calling skills and techniques of trainees where necessary•Assist training and operation in the implementation of several clients into the Des Moines location.•Attend meetings and other functions to continuously improve learning facilitation and design with other learning professionals, both internal and external

Process various outgoing/incoming phone calls for numerous clients, which includes obtaining, entering, and verifying customer information (e.g. names, addresses, creditcard numbers, etc.), answering questions, resolving issues, providing customer service, adheringto scripts and recovery of past due accounts* Ensure that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as any federal, state and local laws and regulations* Recover funds owed to clients in a professional, customer-service oriented manner as assigned* Assist customers to complete and return required paperwork in a timely manner as assigned* Strive to enhance the department's relationship with customers, ensuring the highest quality, responsive service possible is provided* Maintain customer confidentiality according to West policies and procedures* Successfully complete initial classroom and on-the-job training, as well as any new product oron-going training
