All services were tailored to meet the individual needs of each child and their family, including assistance with development of individualized-home programs to enhance the overall level of family-centered care. Families from the Houston area, as well as, those from as far away as Italy, France, Singapore and McAllen, Texas, were able to access the innovative program provided by the exceptional staff of the Bridges Program.
