As Human Resources Consultant for Day HR Consulting, she provides cost-effective HR strategies and solutions for small to mid-sized organizations, as well as HR projects for larger organizations. For the past fifteen years Leslie has been a part-time Adjunct Instructor for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) Certification Preparation Course and aPHR Associate level course for DePaul University and Old Dominion University. She also leads seminars and workshops for DePaul University and the College of DuPage.A graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations, she has also been accredited as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), the highest generalist human resources certification available, by the Society for Human Resource Management.Leslie is a member of numerous organizations, including SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), and was on the Board of Directors for the DuPage SHRM chapter.She was selected by the Chicago suburban Business Ledger Newspaper for their “Influential Woman in Business” award in 2005.Specialties: As a consultant, she has assisted organizations in a wide array of industries from small to large.
