This not-for-profit foundation helps underserved children participate in quality youth sports programs that foster sportsmanship. It also supports orthopaedic injury prevention, education, and research.Lead the planning and management of a comprehensive development program including foundation giving, corporate sponsorships and partnerships, research functions, and volunteer engagement. ● In 2019, the foundation sponsors 200 children to attend summer sports camps. ● In January 2020, the foundation donated 25 tickets to the Taft Boys and Girls Club for the 2020 Pro-Bowl football game in Orlando, FL.

Directed all aspects of marketing and business development for a practice of 27 orthopaedic physicians, 13 physician assistants, and 8 locations. Evaluated changing demographics and trends in patient sources, service utilization, and community needs, then aligned marketing strategy to sustain growth. Marketed to physician practices in Central Florida to increase patient volume and referrals. ● Effectively managed a marketing budget and communications between all branches. ● Managed communications and relationships between all Orlando Orthopaedic Center (OCC) Physicians and Attorneys, Adjusters, and Nurse Case Managers representing worker’s compensation and liability cases. ● Grew the number of worker’s comp patients treated at OCC by planning and attending worker’s compensation conferences, physician functions, and continuing education units (CEU) seminars. ● Directed an outside agency in the creation of all marketing materials including website content, social media presence, and online reputation management (ORM).

Promoted to manage strategic partnerships. Conducted over 30 office visits per week and built high-value partnerships with pediatric doctors, primary care doctors, attorney offices, local companies, and internal medicine offices.

Planned and executed client acquisition strategies including special events, educational presentations, and participation in health fairs to promote the center’s services and secure referrals. Administered a marketing budget.● Managed participation in over 50 annual health fairs, community talks, CEU workshops, and educational seminars. ● Contributed to center’s growth from 5 locations with 15 physicians to 8 located with 27 physicians. Planned and managed all the new location promotions and grand openings. ● Supported new physician onboarding and integrated their practice specialty into marketing materials. ● Managed relationship with outside agency to develop content and administer the center’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. ● Direct all aspects of the bi-annual Orthopaedic Seminar including venue selection, vendor relationships, registration, CEU Certificates, and Speaker Presentations. ● Grew the seminars from a small group of fewer than 100 attendees, to a highly anticipated event attended by over 700 members of the Orlando healthcare community. ● Planned an annual live demonstration surgery by an OCC physician at the annual Worker’s Comp Conference. Coordinated the surgery logistics, moderator, and camera crew broadcasting the procedure to thousands of viewers. ● Major sponsor for the Arthritis Foundation annual charity walk.
