Leslie H. Cox ended a 2 ½ year assignment as VP of asset manager for Iron Creek Ventures in September of 2015. Iron Creek Ventures is a private equity group that was purchasing nonperforming commercial real estate notes and then doing a workout or proceeding with foreclosure. Leslie was responsible for acquisition due diligence, supervision of 3rd party property management, leasing, and disposition of all assets. Assets included Class A Office Medical, Class A & B Office, and Retail Shopping Centers. ICV changed their business model in 2014 and reduced their office staff to one person (office manager) in 2015.

Leslie H. Cox, CCIM was the Broker Owner of Cox Commercial specializing in the sale and acquisition of income producing properties in Texas.

Mr. Cox owned a Sperry Van Ness franchise in Texas from 2003 until 2008. Prior to opening a Sperry Van Ness office, Leslie was president of Brazos Valley Realty in Texas and vice president of Western Centers, Inc. in Colorado. In addition to representing small to medium sized investment groups, Cox has also represented banks and government entities in the disposition of REO properties.
