• Create, analyze and review system configuration compliance data using Alteryx to create automated workflows to monitor and report OS compliance and audit results• Utilize Tableau, Alteryx, SQL & Excel to develop data gathering and processing• Provide weekly reporting along with analysis of week-over-week changes, Top 25 OS configuration audit rules and check release portal updates for new/retiring audit rules. This includes custom reports used for remediation at team members request. • Attend weekly meetings for Unix & Windows and share analysis and insights in OS configuration drift• Create automated processes using Alteryx for gathering data from multiple sources (VF,Pac2K, SharePoint, SDT package) to resolve drift and combine data in discrete systems.• Create customized reports that are sent to individual managers with OS Configuration audit rules that are past due for servers they manage in order to increase remediation and reduce non-compliance• Report and monitor remediation progress bi-weekly of past due OS Configuration audit rules• Provide reporting metrics to assist in identifying automated remediation opportunities and monitor the remediation progress to ensure impact as desired • Respond to questions from Tech Managers on past due notification, remediation, & automation efforts • Gather data and analyze all OS baseline configuration drift based on aging, risk level, and status to provide insights for remediation attention• Assist in root cause analysis when drift issues do not meet expected results. • Assist in updating process flow diagrams and control procedure documents for Remediation & Drift Monitoring• Provide ad-hoc reporting & analysis as needed• Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio, SQL, Alteryx & Tableau
