Auscomp Computers is an IT hardware and software wholesaler with 35 staff across offices in Rocklea, Milton, and India.Gocomp Computers is the online retail computer store for Auscomp Computers.Responsibilities• Install and configure computer hardware and software• Provide telephone, remote and onsite support of hardware software and networks to maintain optimum operation• Administer Active Directory services (User Accounts, Organizational Units)• Design and administer network and telephony infrastructure across three locations• Design and administer Auscomp and Gocomp websites • Administer Microsoft Dynamics Navision• Maintain Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008 for the Dynamics Navision system• Maintain Microsoft Remote Desktop Server (Terminal Server)• Monitor antivirus and backup products to ensure that infrastructure is protected• Documented instructions for Auscomp server maintenance

• Process customers’ sales orders• Prepare sales proposals and tender responses• Provide after sales support• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
