Responsible for managing business and financial integration of new customers to ABC's platform. Ensure client satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application systems and processes in response to client requirements. Directly responsible for 'onboarding' $65 million in new business annually - as primary point of contact for new customers - balancing constraints of project scope, timelines, quality, risk evaluation and client expectations.

Managed staff, property, materials and data for a company involved in retrofitting meters and material for energy and water conservation efforts. Managed a $13 million contract in Hot Springs, AR - liaison with city officials and the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission to ensure project met standards for government funding.Managed staff of 20 during installation of 55,000 water meters in Loudoun County, VA - the #1 growth area in the country. Managed all internal and external communication, including all aspects of communication with Loudoun Water: Customer Service, IT, GIS, Billing and Finance. Completed project in less than 1/2 the projected time frame, saving customer and UMS hundreds of thousands of dollars in costs.Last deployment - managed 2 projects - retrofit of gas and water meters in Vicksburg, MS and installation of water meters in Bossier City, LA. Responsible for all aspects of data, including customer and in-house data and transfer of data, using Sensus online reporting tools.

Worked with clients such as TCBY, Carvel Ice Cream, Checkfree, and Terminix, managing interactive projects, including: website design, website & database development and maintenance; monthly newsletters; continuity clubs; online strategy, etc.

Rejoined Acxiom after a stint as a stay-at-home mom, which was very rewarding! First role was Product Marketer for InfoBase List, a then new offering for Acxiom. Was instrumental in developing a new marketing program for the product, including specialty lists, volume pricing structures, print ads, rate cards, broker programs, etc. and acted as interface and sales support for over fifty sales people. Next role was Relationship Manager in Strategic Alliances where I worked with Lockheed Martin, Computer Associates, Hewlett Packard, USADATA, Protagana, Blue Martini and others, managing our joint sales opportunities with Acxiom Services Client Representatives. Last assignment was Client Relationship Manager with Retail Solutions BU, serving Staples and Gucci accounts. Responsible for overall client relationship including contract renewal, quarterly status letters, account strategy, change management, and building & nurturing a strong client relationship.

Secured over $250,000 in new direct business during first 6 months with KARK. Managed relationships worth over $1,500,000 in business. Directed the 1996 Holiday Highway Hero Campaign and the 1996 Community Service Awards.

Promotion from entry-level customer service position to marketing assistant to customer trainer to sales exec to bus development executive in 8 years. Accomplishments: developed and implemented complete training course for Acxiom’s customers, new sales reports for Acxiom sales force, developed and began implementing the five-year, ten-year and twenty-year business plans for the Targeted Marketing Information Services group.
