Ediscovery Counsel
CurrentAs eDiscovery counsel and co-leader of Spencer Fane’s eDiscovery and Information Governance team, Leslie works with clients that are involved in litigation or investigative matters. A litigator for over 25 years, she has experience in all facets of litigation and focus on finding resolutions to disputes while advancing the business and financial objectives of her clients. Recognizing that a significant percentage of litigation spend is concentrated on discovery, she has spent the last 12 years focused on crafting solutions to a variety of eDiscovery issues, either as lead counsel or as a key member of a complex litigation team. She works with matters of all sizes from small breach of contract claims to large multi-firm complex litigation and approachs eDiscovery in a manner that enhances all phases of litigation and reduces client risk. In addition, she also counsels clients on their data retention policies, litigation readiness plans and overall data management.
