Plan and execute social content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. Strategize and coordinate with Senior Producers and Editors for upcoming content based on current jobs (NFL graphics and social content, individual club team graphics and opens, NBA team opens). Keep monthly social media calendars so the team can see what will be going up on which platforms and when. Plan and manage trade show agendas and presentations. Prior to going on site I would assist with managing the graphic content creation to be input into the social broadcast software Vixi. I then traveled to the event or game to install and operate the software for rehearsals and the live event. I operated the software and moderated social content live from the control room at Super Bowl 53, the 2018 & 2019 NFL Draft, 2019 Pro Bowl, and the 2018 & 2019 NCAA Men's Final Four.

Generated proposals and pitch decks for potential partnerships. Made and managed a 500 player mock draft with player information such as position, school, facts, and headshots for the 2018 and 2019 NFL Drafts so players could be displayed on the 32 team screens when drafted. Prepared budgets, bid proposals, contracts, and licenses for each team or partner. Managed Vixi Social analytics on Union Metrics and Sprout Social for multiple team and league partners. Identified new vendors to use that could streamline company efficiency. Managed artist schedules with calendars and ongoing documents created to ensure the team knew where any project was at any given moment. Tagged and logged all in house and client bound hardware and kept the log using Google Sheets so that it was accessible by the team. Updated the status of jobs in production in the company wide log and reviewed this information weekly with producers. Scheduled vendors and prepared all necessary materials for trade shows. Planned and scheduled travel for all team members traveling to and from on-site events.
