Although I have mainly been involved with network support, I have also had a varied background in operating systems as well as application support.With my latest role I have gained experience in CRM programs, most noteably ACT (which I delivered over Citrix) and SugarCRM by Insightful (Web-based). During this time I completed over 150 installations of routers and multiplexors. I frequently used a Hewlett-Packard 4951C Protocol Analyser (for serial work) and Lattisnet Manager (for LAN work).Whilst employed with Datacraft I attended courses for X.25, Multiplexing, Marathon (voice and data integration) and a self-motivational course. SDLC instruction. In April/May 1991 I attended and passed a Sun Microsystems maintenance course (SUNOS 4) held in Sydney, and in April 1992 I attended a Sun Microsystems Systems Administrator course in Wellington, both of these courses carried Sun Microsystems certification.Many large National clients served during this time.
