MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Direct, train, and conduct monitoring of the Booking Sales team- Develop strategies to achieve team target- Improving the end to end telemarketing process (sales pitch, employee shifting, KPI, reform system, work efficiency, and work effectiveness)- Performing services as well as offering to customers to increase sales targets- Providing reporting according to standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES-Receiving calls and replying to Whatsapp / application chats from prospective tenants in accordance with SOP and SLA, and inform tenants about promos available on mamikos also ensuring that the information has been conveyed to prospective tenants properly.-Persuading tenants to be able to make bookings at mamikos and make payments via mamipay in order to achieve sales target.-Updating DP / Repayment / Pay Off data in Room Allotment, updating daily occupancy data and daily and weekly check-ins, updating rates and room availability data.-Providing reporting according to standards.-Performing services as well as offering to customers to increase sales targets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1. Checking and updating all the rates and availability through VHP 2. Updating and monitoring rates from VHP with all the OTA’s extranet 3. Ensure that all daily and monthly reports are processed. 4. Responsible to handle online and offline reservation 5. Leading some project that delegated from DOSM 6. Created promotion based on demand, comset, and forecast7. Comply with hotel policies and procedures. 8. Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are processed. 9. Responsible for all Reservation vouchers and always check to the system daily. 10. Responsible for room assignments of guest reservations
