 Assessed imagery and applied analytical knowledge to determine locations, capabilities and activity of targets, as well as resolving current and/or historical issues at Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI).  Provided database support to national level consumers with an interest in merchant shipping.  Responsible for acquiring, processing and submitting over 50 Intelligence product reports monthly. Collected, reviewed, interpreted, evaluated, and integrated data from multiple sources into all-source reports daily. Processed, reviewed, and evaluated over 50 Intelligence Information Reports monthly. Responsible for resolving software and hardware issues while a member of the ONI helpdesk.

 Conducted collection operations using state-of-the-art automated communication systems while assigned to the National Security Agency, a Department of Defense activity. Operated at analytic workstations from a remote site in real-time conflicts focusing on specific AOI’s, which required the use of unique collection and processing equipment and programming. Qualified to acquire designated targets in accordance with tasking and performed on-line analysis of intercepts to route signals of interest to appropriate customers. Led and motivated a work force comprised of joint-service military personnel and civilian counterparts.
