I have 25 years of Cost Segregation and Tax Depreciation consulting experience, overseeing the completion of thousands of studies for clients ranging from sole proprietors to fortune 50 companies.I am Certified Cost Segregation Specialist (CCSP) with the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP).I lead the KBKG Midwest Practice, providing engineering based cost segregation, fixed asset capitalization/expense, research and development tax credit, and green energy tax incentive (45L, 48C and 179D) consultation services.I was previously the leader of the PwC Chicago Cost Segregation Center of Excellence providing engineering based cost segregation services to PwC clients east of the Mississippi River.I have performed surveying tasks ranging from building layout to road layout drawings. In the past, I have designed and developed construction drawings for single family residential dwellings.
