I will continue for a time at the Reyes Law Firm until I have completed all matter there . I have applied to be reinstated as a Senior Judge and I should know by the end of August 2014. I mediated a wide variety of cases including, personal injury masters including medical malpractice and wrongful death cases, real property issues, probate matters, maritime cases, constuction cases, and family cases. I was also appointed as a special magistrate in discovery masters such as depositions and document issues. I was retained as an expert in Florida Law issues and attorney fees issues on several occasions. I am a Triple A panel member and also a Triple A mediation panel member .
