About Patrick Russell

I am a full-time mediator at Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution. I help lawyers resolve tough legal cases with a meaningful mediation so clients can maximize settlements and make informed decisions. With over 30 years of legal experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, I have handled a wide range of civil claims, including business and commercial cases, condominium associations, fraud claims, insurance law, personal injury, premises liability, and real estate matters. As a full-time mediator, I routinely mediate matters involving business and commercial law, construction law, insurance and property claims, personal injury, premises liability, and real estate. I remain active in dispute resolution as a member of the Executive Council and the former Chair (2021-2022) of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Florida Bar, Vice-Chair for the ADR/Arbitration Committee for the Miami-Dade Bar, and as a member of the Windstorm Insurance Network (WIND).
