(MOH Holdings May 2015 to 2017 - Merger of ISD division of MOHH with IHIS)Responsible for the overall technical design for 3 National healthcare systems used in Singapore public hospitals for patient care. This includes:(a) Active involvement in the RFP process and to evalute vendors’ technical proposals.(b) Engaging functional and technical teams from other healthcare organisations to integrate and share data.(c) Working closely with functional analyst and end-users from different hospitals to consolidate their existing systems and operationalize their harmonized process.Responsible for the solution design of our centeal access management platform as a shared service that offers SingPass authentication federated single sign-on and Assurity 2FA authentication. This includes:(a) Managing the integration with 15 portals so that they can leverage our offered services, thereby reducing development effort for the respective hospitals and healthcare agencies.(b) Work closely with the various operations team to provide technical know-how and support problem management for prompt resolution.Manage project schedule, identity risks and communicating them with stakeholders and management.

• Manage the rollout and operational support of the bank’s automated identity and access management system. This system is used regionally across all 15 countries by all bank staff.• Spearhead discussions with business units and technical teams to automate their application’s ID management function. Led in over 15 such integration efforts to reduce manual processing by ID adminstrators.• Lead in the technical design of both the front-end user interface and the application architecture for the Identity Management System. Includes vendor management to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and change requests.

• Responsible for the overall solutioning and project delivery of the bank's regional user access review portal. Led in end-to-end project lifecycle including: - Harmonizing and streamling of process across all region's ID Managment operations department. - Solutioning the portal system & UI design and integration approach to achieve automation. - Change management for bank-wide users and ID Management operations.• Responsible for the service delivery and operations of the bank's automated identity management system and user access review portal.
