1. Recruitment Executive- Involved in building a complete set of competencies, recruitment format, and cases for 4 recruiting rounds.- Consolidated with leaders to evaluate applicants through the application form, group & personal interview, and assessment week.- Designed recruiting-skill training sessions for current members to prepare for the project.2. L&D Executive- Designed learning development and engaging activities in an internal group customized for HRCers to help them improve ASK.- Involved in organizing 2 internal events (100-120 people) to enagage club members.

Vietnam

1. Recruitment- Supported researching recruitment platforms and job posting- Supported screening CV to shortlist qualified candidates for the SE and Logistics Officer Positions- Supported organizing and scheduling interviews for candidates as well as after-interview service- Conducted screening interview of SE Position as well as pre-assessed and reported to the line manager.2. Admin- Maintained and updated physical and digital personel records as well as stationery- Took charge of checking travelling expense claims and worked cross with Financial Dept to pay for employees of all Depts in the company.
