- Do the business development with new clients.- Maintain good relationship with clients and candidates.- Search and recruit internal and external candidates follow the JDs from difference sources (jobboards, google, connections,..)- Interview candidates, arrange the meetings/interviews between suitable candidates with clients, follow up the process from receiving JDs until finishing the probation time (end of contract).- Make reference check.- Support and cooperate team members to search candidates.
